So today was the first official day of my challenges. The topic for todays blog challenge is Instagram Photos. I will admit I'm fairly new to instagram seeing as I've only had a smartphone for a few months. Here are the few instagram photos I've taken:
As for todays fitness, for todays challenges I completed: 5 lunges on each leg, 20 squats, 5 sec lunge hold on each leg, 10 jumping jacks, and 10 deep lunges. I also completed the following workout routine, doing 15reps of each exercise. I used 3lbs dumbbells
